About Costa Verano
Costa Verano sits on a beautiful, long stretch of fine, white sand beach at the Atlantic Ocean in Northeast Florida. When you’re coming from the North to enjoy our Florida sunshine, this area is known as Florida’s First Coast.
Of course we’ve got great swimming (summer ocean temp is well above 80 degrees).
Surfing competitions are held regularly in the area.
Fans of deep-sea fishing almost always return with a catch they can brag about.
And for land lubbers and those who came to seriously shop?
The Jacksonville Town Center (right) is just down the road where you’ll find everything from fine restaurants to specialty stores to big department stores for every budget ranging from Target to Nordstroms, an Apple store, and Louis Vuitton.
And whenever you’re ready for a day trip?
America’s Oldest City, St. Augustine, is just a short drive down our beautiful coast. In this place where the Spanish first landed back in 1565 and pirates planned their plunders and set sail, here you’ll find plenty of history and architecture. Today, the city is a charming place to visit…oh, and did we mention there’s a nearby outlet mall so big it’s on both sides of the Interstate?
We welcome you and your family whether you’re here to share our sunshine, world class golf, of any of the great amenities that create a wonderful lifestyle.
Short-term rentals are not permitted at Costa Verano but occasionally a long-term lease becomes available, as well as beautiful residences for sale in this community that has it all.
